It gives me abundant joy and pride to present to you the Strategic Plan for Zomba Vocational Training Centre for the years 2020 – 2025. This document enshrines the developmental blue print and agenda of the organization.
The plan serves several purposes, such as:
- To provide a vision into the future of the
- To provide stakeholders, partners and the society with a sense of
direction and purpose, - To enable the organization to prepare for and deal with its rapidly changing environment.
Additionally, the Strategic Plan will ensure that resources are allocated to activities that will contribute to the organisation’s success. In all fairness, therefore, with other aspects of the effort to create a socially and economically rewarding life for all beneficiaries, it is imperative that all stakeholders join Zomba Vocational Training Centre’s commitment to implement this Strategic Plan.
To this end, I would like to thank members of staff and all stakeholders who contributed
with constructive participation and by sharing their comments throughout the formulation
process of this Strategic Plan.
I believe the Strategic Plan is a worthy representation of the needs of the communities and the grassroots.
